BEAUTY AND THE BEAST(2009) | ||||
|
|
This is a well known French tale of love conquering over adversity. Village girl Belle and handsome Prince Andree fall in love, before the evil Witch Grottilda curses Prince Andree and turns him into a hideous Beast. The Beast must convence Belle to love him as he is, to remove the curse before the last petal falls from the magic rose. Comedy is provided by Madame Fifi Camembert, her gormless son Alphonse and his girlfriend Esmerelda Quiche Lorraine. A truly classic Panto, and a first for the Caprians. Hopefully we will choose to perform this again in the coming years. [A NODA Pantomime written by Ron Hall] |
